Family

Get to know your family. Build strong bonds. Allways tell the truth. Hide nothing. I love my family, even the shitty ones!

1973

1973 Electra Glide

the one on the left

Donald's old hardtail.

Stumbled upon a 1973 FLH. Everything about it sounds just right. Even the price! Shook hands with the owner over the phone. Now all I have to do is come up with the dough. Selling the one on the left and Donald's old hardtail to aquire the FLH. The old K5 used to belong to my dad and has been in the family for 32 years. I never, NEVER, ever thought I'd be parting ways with this old pal of mine. I grew up in that truck and have a shit-ton of memories with that thing. I'l be really sad to part ways with the family truck, but I have plenty of memeories both good and bad. As for Donald's old hardtail, we made some memories too.

Santa and the elf

Ardun was all about Santa. Ho ho this, ho ho that.  Santa. Santa. Santa. He backed out last minute. We got up there and I asked him if he would sit in his lap and he said no as he shook his head left to right. As we walked off he grinned and waved by Santa. Two days later we are still hearing about it.

Looks like rain

Looks like a few days of rain are headed our way so I took the trusty ol' girl out for about a 30 mile journey. I have a soft spot in my heart for these old Hondas. Fast, cheap, and easy... Sunday night rides are my favorite.

Tattooed

If you know me you would had thought this would had been my first tattoo...

So I finally got my Dr Pepper tattoo. I went down to Randy Adam's Tattoo Studio and had Wil do this one for me. If you don't know Wil, he's a helluva nice guy. Some how I was introduced to Chad (who is no longer with us) to do about eight of my tattoos. Every time I was in Chad's chair good ol' Wil would stop and see what I was getting and make small talk. I was living about six blocks from the place at the time and would stop by regularly. If Chad was busy, I'd talk to Wil and watch him work. I really wanted Wil to tattoo me also, but was uncertain on how Chad would feel. He and I had become pretty tight. Now that he has departed this world, looks like I'm in good hands with Wil... If you are looking to get tattooed, I highly recommend Wil.
