Santa and the elf

Ardun was all about Santa. Ho ho this, ho ho that.  Santa. Santa. Santa. He backed out last minute. We got up there and I asked him if he would sit in his lap and he said no as he shook his head left to right. As we walked off he grinned and waved by Santa. Two days later we are still hearing about it.

Back From The Dead II

Looks like I've got my work cut out for me... Again. Anyone who knows me knows I've built this car, re-built this car, and am building it again. After I complete it this time, it wont leave the shop without full coverage insurance, I mean FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE!

They grow up so fast. Hard to believe he'll be two in February. This lil' dude brings so much joy to my life. My wife is the real unsung hero here... I'm glad that she's my partner in crime helping me raise this monster. These pictures weren't staged. My little buddy is a car guy.  

Pistons and Paint

I wasn't able to make it out this year. I missed enough work with the foot surgery. I'm proud to say that I made a trophy and the club members who were able to make it to the show gave the trophy to a TRADITIONAL car.  I wish I could had made it out to the show, but work and family take priority.

Winter Project

Spent the whole day with my buddy John cleaning out the shop...  October 5, 2009 My 1951 Ford Custom was hit head on while parked in front of my house. Severe damage... Today was spent organizing the shop and getting a game plan together to begin working on it.It's now been down for over a year, and I need to get the car rollin'!!!

Welcome Aboard

     Meet Bo. He's the newest and littlest member of the family. My dad had a border collie (Missy) recently pass. She was 10 yrs old. Being that my brother and I dont live there anymore, it can be awful quiet. My dad has lived there since 83 and there has always been a dog on site. I'm glad he's got a new little buddy to hang out with. I've got to warn you Bo, he's a talker...

This guy has more talent in his little finger nail than a lot of people could ever obtain with a lifetime of training. Even if he didn't work for Dr Pepper I'd still love him. So many people will see his work around and not even know he's the one behind the scenes. I try to get involved when he does one of these. I keep him company and hand him things while he's on the ladder picking up little tips and tricks of the trade. One of these days Johhny I'm gonna take over!
